Bill seems to have a strong bond with the panda. When the CEO of McAfee had considered the acquisition of Panda Software, he thought that the panda's technology and products are very advanced. But for some reason failed. When the investment company found him again, he was hesitant, because he had been successful in the security field, why continue his previous career? But in a 300-euro market survey, the panda market is running at almost zero. Bill believes that with his operational and management experience plus panda technology and products, it will create new glories.

It is well known that the development of new malware has created a new pattern in the field of security. As early as a few years ago, when the first security companies, such as Panda Software, were set up, the overall state of the Internet threat was quite different from the present, when the threat was primarily a virus designed to remove data. Then, traditional anti-virus tools appear, and these tools can detect malicious code through virus signatures. Since the number of Internet threats in circulation is still very small, this traditional anti-virus is a very effective mode.

This situation has been changed by the advent of the internet age, the most important of which is the distribution and dissemination of a large number of e-mail worms.
