Syntax: String htmlspecialchars (String string)

Description:

Some characters in HTML have special meanings, and if you want to preserve their meaning, you need to represent it as an HTML entity, which returns the converted string.

This function is used in the prevention of user-supplied text that includes HTML tags, such as bulletin boards or guest message board applications.

There are several types of characters that are currently converted:

' & ' (ampersand) converted to ' & '

' "' (double quotes) converted to ' " '

' < ' (less than) converted to ' &lt; '

' > ' (greater than) converted to ' &gt; '

This function does not convert the symbol above, use Htmlentities () for the full entity conversion.
