Windows Azure Mobile Service: Backend for the client application you are connecting to

Today, we are excited to announce Windows http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13924.html ">azure Mobile services Preview!" Mobile services allow your Windows 8 application to connect to the back of the cloud that is hosted on Windows Azure and easily store structured data, authenticate, and send push notifications. More importantly, mobile services enable you to accomplish these tasks in a matter of minutes.

Mobile service is the best partner for modern mobile applications because it reduces the friction associated with recurring common tasks and accelerates development and deployment. We will provide you with the backend you need so that you can provide the experience that your customer wants. The ease of use and development of mobile services make it an ideal choice to move your mind to the marketplace.

Today, mobile services are available for use with Windows 8 applications, and the subsequent preview version will be extended to ios,android and Windows Phone.

Start using the mobile service, and if you are not yet registered, you will need to register the Windows Azure free trial version. If you already have a Windows Azure account, you will need to request registration for this preview feature, and in the preview version, the mobile service is free for your first 10 Windows 8 applications running on shared instances.

Creating a mobile service is simple

Click the +new button in the bottom Navigation Pane after you have activated the Windows Azure free trial version or registered in the Mobile Services preview

Select ' Mobile Service ' and ' Create '

You will later be asked to create a new SQL database, or select an existing one. During the initial preview, the mobile service project can only be deployed to the eastern United States data Center. For this reason, international developers will have additional delays.

To manage costs and delays, make sure that the new SQL database is deployed to the eastern United States and that the existing database is moved to the datacenter.

To develop a Windows 8 application that uses Windows Azure Mobile services, you need to download the Visual Studio 2012 Express Edition and the mobile services Consolidator SDK. It will then be as simple as the QuickStart guide.
