A new study by the University of Mackwen, Canada, says violent games can help people reduce nightmares and treat psychological trauma. Jayne Gackenbach, who chaired the study, divided 98 soldiers into two groups, one playing violent games called Call of Duty and the other doing nothing. The results showed that the team members who played the game were more likely to sleep better, and those who did not play the game had more nightmares. "It's a good way for these soldiers to play games on the front lines, they can release stress and improve their psychological healing abilities," he said. "Jayne Gackenbach said:" Even if the nightmare, usually more violent game of people in the dream will be more good at confrontation, and not play the game people will be in the dream performance is very helpless.
