Reid Hoffman is a co-founder of LinkedIn and a partner in VC Greylock. He has always been able to offer pertinent advice to entrepreneurs and the community, and recently published his new book, "The Startup of you." I think our success lies in the fact that no one has ever regarded us as a "Terminator", and we have never been burdened with such heavy expectations. It is not possible to anticipate what will happen in the next second or to anticipate where we will go in the future, so it is less difficult for LinkedIn to go beyond the expectations of others.

Reid Hoffman is focused on areas such as consumer Internet, Enterprise 2.0, mobile phones, social games, online markets, mobile payments and social networking, and so on, and he prefers those with millions of of audiences and those that can bring network effects.
