Foxconn cooperates with Guizhou province on mobile phones and new energy vehicles

Guizhou Governor Chen and Foxconn Technology Group chairman Terry Gou recently signed the "Comprehensive deepening strategic cooperation framework Agreement" in Guiyang. With the construction of the fourth generation Green industrial park in 2013 as the starting point, the cooperation between Guizhou and Foxconn entered a comprehensive strategic cooperation stage.

According to the agreement, Foxconn will be in the investment and construction of the new district, Guizhou Province, the fourth generation of Green industrial park brand mobile phone large-scale production, plans to 2017 to become China's important mobile phone production base. At that time, Foxconn will be in Guizhou to form a mobile phone research and development, panels, body parts, motherboards, assembly and testing, such as integrated industrial chain, supply chain.

The two sides signed the agreement proposed in Guiyang, the new area first pilot, the construction and provision of Internet free wireless access network and services, so that users can use mobile digital terminals anytime, anywhere access and use of Internet services. One of the important objectives of this project is to build a wireless digital intelligent city with high informatization, comprehensive network and international advanced level in Guiyang and new area.

Foxconn will also combine high-end health-care technology to build an international health village in Guizhou, and use the modern marketing and management of cloud networks to build China's health industry demonstration Zone, which integrates new forms of agriculture, health care, sightseeing, vacations, leisure and humanities.

In addition, Foxconn's layout also involves new energy vehicles, temporary economic port and other projects, and will be in Guizhou to cover third-party payments, factoring, small loans, guarantees and leasing operations such as supply chain finance and consumer finance companies and other institutions.
