FreeTDS is an open source TDs (tabular Data stream) database client http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/34570.html "> Access protocol and Sybase database. FreeTDS supports all versions of the protocol, including Db-lib,ct-lib and ODBC libraries.

FreeTDS 0.91 Update log:

1. Full Kerberos and SSPI are provided to enable logging on to Microsoft SQL Server from UNIX and Windows client passwords.
2. Fully support the DB of WIN32/64 through NMAKE.EXE construction.
3. Support built-in UTF-8 and ODBC for better thread safety.
4. Distinguish between connection and login error information for all libraries.
5. For Microsoft servers, the version of Tds7.2,sql Server 2005 that FreeTDS implements.
