Beijing time Saturday Morning News, Fuel Systems Solutions Inc. announced that it would relocate its headquarters to New York to create a central base for the management of business in Europe, Latin America and the United States.　　The company also announced that the 42-Year-old president, Matthew Beale (Matthew Beale), had been appointed as new chief financial officer to replace Bill Larkin, which has resigned since May 14.　　Larkin will remain in the company until July 15 to assist in the smooth handover. The company also announced that Michael Helfand had joined fuel Systems as senior finance vice President and Chief accounting officer and had been in effect since May 14.
