Recently, Putian Licheng District and China UnionPay signed the Central power network to buy UnionPay channel and third party pay "CLP--dvipay" platform cooperation Agreement. On the same day, the platform was put into operation, which marks the first Third-party payment platform in Putian to formally realize domestic and international credit card online receipts (external card receipts).

It is reported that after the platform is put into operation, it can provide a safe and convenient external card receiving channel for Putian 200,000 network army.
