Fun game August 7 on the Nasdaq exchange listing trading

Beijing time August 4 afternoon news, the U.S. financial site Iposcoop Show, fun game parent company Dream World (Idreamsky) will be listed on the Nasdaq on August 7.

In the early hours of July 4, dream World filed an IPO prospectus with the SEC. The prospectus shows that dream world is on the NASDAQ Global Select Market listing, the stock trading code is "Dsky". Credit Suisse (US) and JPMorgan Chase Securities will be the underwriters of the dream World IPO deal.

Another dream heaven and Earth filed an addendum to the SEC showing that the creation of a dream world IPO price range of 12 to 14 U.S. dollars, the proposed maximum financing of 123.97 million U.S. dollars.

Dream world will issue 7.7 million U.S. Depository Receipts (ADS), equivalent to 30.8 million shares of Class A common. In addition, the company will give underwriters 1.155 million shares of ads of the excess placement rights. If underwriters exercise the right to excess placements, the IPO will be a total of 8.855 million shares of ads.

At the inception of the Dream World IPO, Tencent's THL A19 company, Cheetah Mobile and Japan mobile chat application developers line will be subscribed to 15 million U.S. dollars, 8 million U.S. dollars and 3 million U.S. dollars in the class A common stock, the subscription price will be subject to the issue.
