Unicom's current operating system on IDC has its own characteristics. At present, China Unicom's data center is now all over the country 29 provinces, 135 cities, currently has 190 servers, 4, 5 stars of high-end room, IDC reached 41. At present, in the Government, enterprise, finance, Internet and it customers, as well as disaster preparedness centers, and so on, it should be said to be a very important team in the country, service providers. 2011 Unicom's IDC business income has exceeded 2.2 billion, growth to maintain a 40% of such a rapid development, more than the average development of the domestic industry hired.

At present, China Unicom's VDC Virtualization Data Center can provide cloud legacy services based on IaaS. VDC combines information services, infrastructure services and applications in such a way that we realize the expansion and new growth of the unicom cloud services.

The third aspect is to build a national shared disaster preparedness Center, providing data security services. At present, we have set up independent small-scale disaster preparedness centers for Government, bank, securities and other industries, and have established relevant standards and disaster recovery emergency response as well as contingency training plans and so on. In the near future, our base in Inner Mongolia planning and design of the National Disaster Preparedness Center will also be put into use, to serve the national and overseas major customers.
