Gartner: Non-IT companies will also enter the cloud computing services market

According to the Gartner predict 2011 seminar, in 2015, about 20% of non-IT companies will enter cloud computing as service providers, pointing out that companies such as Volvo will compete with their rivals BMW through service maintenance programs. For companies, however, he has not proposed how to use social power to increase sales, mentioning that social networking is a tricky place, with far more error cases than successful models. He also points out that the rise of social robots will help to reach customers with the added value of providing a business relationship.  These social robots automatically collect information such as Twitter or social networks, and by analyzing these samples, companies will be able to better understand the needs and intentions of their target users. Tourism guides such as Lonely Planet will assume more "trusted intermediary" roles and provide quality tourism content to consumers. They will also ensure that the travel information, articles, and reminders are correct and sent to interested users. The next step will be to automate these programs through social robots, estimated that by the year 2015, about 10% of online friends will be presented by these social robots.
