Gartner forecasts

But for cloud computing to be the trend, consumers must be heavily reliant on cloud services in their spare time, and they are clearly not at that level. While cloud services that meet special needs have been greatly developed, especially in storage, cloud operating systems that really Rob PC users have not been widely used. PC Computer sales fall

For years, however, consumers have been clutching their wallets: PC sales have fallen by nearly 6% in the first half of 2011. Of all the major PC makers, only Apple has seen a big increase in sales.
