Gdrive Cloud storage Service may provide 5GB free storage space for users

A few days ago there was news that Google would formally launch its own cloud storage service gdrive next month, and now more details about gdrive are leaking out.

A leaked gdrive screen shot shows (below), after the official launch, Gdrive will provide users with 5GB of free storage space, which will undoubtedly provide 2GB free storage space for the originator of the cloud Dropbox, Box.net, Microsoft SkyDrive, http:/ /www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/10118.html "> Apple icloud and SugarSync pose a greater competitive threat.

Gdrive works like Dropbox. Users simply store their files in gdrive, they can get their own files from their desktops, mobile phones, tablets, and drive.google.com, and if users update files in one place, the files will automatically sync up everywhere else.

Also, from Google's support page for the Gdrive website, Gdrive's Android apps will support file editing. This is not to say that its iOS app does not support this feature, but it is not listed on the support page at this time. Google also has the possibility to open APIs to third parties, so that other applications can also store content to gdrive.
