Beijing time November 28 Morning news, Google Channel sales and emerging market director Jade Christiansen (Jed Christiansen) said that the global business incubator has funded more than 2000 start-up companies, the total financing of 1.6 billion U.S. dollars.
Christiansen, founder of the business Incubator database Seed-db, was founded in 2009, tracking 134 business incubators in 33 countries and regions.
According to Seed-db's data, about 100 of these startups have been acquired, totaling about $1 billion trillion. But more importantly, the startups that incubate these incubators create more than 4,800 jobs.
However, because the SEED-DB data does not cover all business incubators, it is not accurate to reflect the industry picture. But Christiansen estimates that nearly 7,000 jobs are created by startups funded by all business incubators around the world.
