GNOME Commander is a fast and powerful graphics file manager that uses dual-panel file management, primarily for the GNOME desktop environment underneath the Linux system. Main features include support for drag-and-drop, GNOME MIME type, ftp,sftp, using Gnomevfs FTP module via WebDAV, access to Windows file system via Samba, and calling selected external application or script in context menu to extend entry. Automatically installs and unloads devices, built-in file browsers and images, recently accessed folder history and folder bookmarks, and more.

The GNOME Commander version 1.2.8.14 fixes problems with remote connection storage ports and updates Dutch translations.
