GNUnet is a Peer-to-peer network framework focused on providing security, and all messages in peer-to-peer networks are confidential and authenticated. The framework provides a transport abstraction layer that can now be encapsulated in UDP, TCP, HTTP, http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/29830.html HTTPS or direct 802.11 (Wireless LAN) network traffic. GNUnet provides a better service for contributing nodes, framework services include: Anonymous file sharing, through Peer-to-peer network protocol Ipv4-pv6 Conversion of a virtual network.
GNUnet 0.9.0 This version is a major architectural change and system rewrite. Improvements include a new multi-process architecture, a new VPN subsystem, a new installation tool (including automated configuration correctness testing), support for non-anonymous mesh routing, data transmission via HTTPS and wireless LAN, now via broadcast LAN (IPV4) and multicast (IPV6), Improved connectivity through NAT traverse, event-driven execution mode, providing significant performance improvements, file sharing and power publishing to improve content replication.
