Beijing time February 10 Evening News, the German software (NYSE:AMAP) Monday opened a rally, the biggest increase of 26%. As of 22:35, Baidu Rose 6.69%, reported 20.95 U.S. dollars.

Alibaba Group announced today that it intends to buy the shares of the company with a cash acquisition of $21 per share of American Depository shares, a premium of $27% over the closing price of the previous trading day. The deal was valued at about $1.451 billion trillion, and the deal amounted to about $1.045 billion trillion.

Then Gould also issued a notice that the Board of Directors today received a non-binding privatisation offer from Alibaba Group to acquire a 21-dollar stake in the US depository Share (ADS) that it has not yet held.
