Beijing time February 11 early morning News, the Gold Software (NYSE:AMAP) Monday after the opening rally, the largest increase of 26%. By the end of the close, the software rose to 24.37%, reported 20.57 U.S. dollars.

Then Gould also issued a notice that the company's board of directors received a non-binding privatisation offer from Alibaba Group, which is intended to acquire a 21 dollar price per share of the US depository Share (ADS).
