Gpfcalc 0.4 releases GTK + front-end Pfcalc

Gpfcalc a gtk++ front end of the Pfcalc, using the friction calculator Darcy-weisbach equation. It is used to calculate major, minor, and static losses through pipelines or pipe flow. Gpfcalc 0.4 Update log:

-tooltips for pressure drop categories were changed to make them more descriptive.
-the calculate button was added below the table.
-the default window size is changed to 1010x500 so this it fits on Sgt Netbook.
-the Help window size is changed to 815x500.
-code was added to detect Pfcalc version and display a warning if the version is pager than 0.7.
-the default liquid is changed from "water" to "default"
-this makes 0.7 the only fully keyword PFCALC version.
-the License is upgraded to the GPL v3. The Help file is updated.
