Adku based on a large amount of data for people to visit the ebay (micro-blog), Amazon (microblogging) and Zappos and other sites to personalize the shopping experience. According to the news, Groupon's acquisition price exceeds 10 million dollars.

Adku was formally created in the Incubator Angelpad demo day before 1.5 and developed its personalized target technology in the last three months. Adku has previously invested in Greylock, Battery Ventures and True Ventures three venture capital companies.

Groupon is reported to have bought adku more than 10 million dollars. Although Adku CEO Aggit Walma (Ajit Varma) and several of the company's 6-person team are former Google (Weibo) employees, the acquisition is not a simple talent acquisition, but a talent plus technology acquisition. Walma has yet to disclose the Adku team's work at Groupon after the acquisition is completed.
