The German company Stuttgarter Struktur AG released the h.265 codec's open source and http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/29607.html "> Free software implementation." H.265 is the successor to the H.264 codec, designed to reduce the bit rate by 50% in the case of video sharpness and H.264 equal, supporting 8K resolution (8192X4320). The International Telecommunication Union approved the h.265 format in January this year.

H.265 Open Source implementation High efficiency video Job (HEVC) published in GitHub, the code with LGPL license authorization. For simplicity and efficiency, libde265 is written in C and its APIs are easily integrated into other software. LIBDE265 is still in development, the function is not complete, only the decoding frame encoding frame.
