HAILDB v2.3.2 release INNODB data storage engine Development shared library

HAILDB is a development shared library for embedding InnoDB data storage engines, providing a very good, high-quality and reliable integration of InnoDB database engines. You can use it to develop databases.

This version uses Doxygen to regenerate the API documentation, and a new API is used to force Update table statistics, add index statistics APIs, and fix bugs.
