How can end users ' personal information be transferred from one cloud application to another?

The future is based on cloud applications. Soon, cloud applications will be able to use any device to access the Web browser and the Internet to replace legacy applications. But so many applications come from different providers, how can end users ' personal information be transferred from one cloud application to another?

In the past PC era, computing was about the user, not the device. Cloud applications know what a user's cloud application is and how it is transmitted is crucial. For example, I should not type my personal information every time I log on to a different application, and if I change an application address or phone number, all cloud applications should be able to recognize this change. In addition, personal preferences, such as how data are displayed, should override device settings.

As we move from a PC-centred world to a human-centred world, there should be a centralized user identification record in the cloud, similar to a Windows user roaming profile. This record does not exist for each individual in a separate database, if it exists, I think Google, Facebook and Microsoft each want to visit. Instead, the user subscribes to the provider of preferences through a standard access to human information. In this case, when the end-user registers a cloud application, the application should query her/her information from the cloud provider instead of providing a multi-page registration form.

Google, Facebook and Microsoft have some of my personal information that they can access in their cloud services assets. Really helpful, the user's information should be available across different enterprise assets. If Google is where I mainly store data, then Microsoft and Facebook should be able to access this data, as well as every cloud application I subscribe to, such as Dropbox, Salesforce.

Once a user has a centralized personal preference record and information, we should then see an extension of other types of information. This profile should include citizenship information, as well as driver's license and organ donation status, etc. Social media accounts should also be set up so that users can focus on any cloud applications they have registered.

The need for a single authority to record user information, in addition to simplifying end-user access, makes information management easier. In New Zealand, our different jurisdictions have different privacy and disclosure laws; These differences should be recorded in the account. Employees should have access to some information, and Governments should be able to access separate datasets. We need some strict security controls to organize accidental exposure.

But cloud providers seem to be against what users want from cloud-based applications; Amazon Web services and other major cloud service providers do not see the value of promoting user mobility between cloud services. It is not possible for end users to pay a service unless all the applications they work to access are accessible. Now, users feel the identity of the "island", each of the main cloud service providers exist, repeated registration of the page is annoying.
