If you are running Windows 7, you can use Windows Backup to back up your data. This includes http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/18449.html "> file backup and System image backups, which are copies of personal files, such as documents, music, pictures, and videos, which are the exact image of the drive." If your hard drive or computer stops working, you can use the system image to restore the contents of your computer.
To set up Windows backup steps:
1. Click the Start button in turn, Control Panel, system and maintenance, and then click Backup and Restore.
2. Click Set up Backup.
