Once, in everyone's cognition, The good life is to say can find a stable nine to five of work, and then continue to retire. But many people today, especially those with their dreams, and the seemingly stable job of the five-something outsider, have become their long nightmare.
Perhaps for some people, working life is not really suitable for them. And there are a lot of nine-to-five migrant workers who have been doing a job without a way out. And in the Monday, a lot of people will be depressed. In their view, it seems that the weekly meetings and various ad hoc conferences have become endless. It feels like this kind of work is going to take away our souls from our bodies.
However, please do not be afraid, because when you are working for others, you can also start a business at the same time.
Let's say you've got an inspiration for entrepreneurship now. So the first thing you need to do is set up a series of plans. And these plans may look like this:
• I plan to work for another 6 months, and then resign my job of draining my soul.
• I plan to save my living expenses, save the money, and have a period of economic cushion after I quit my job to start a business
• I plan to spend more than 2-3 hours with my family when I get home from work, and then take another 3-4 hours to prepare for my business.
• After I resign, I will always say good-bye to the nine-to-five job
I quit my steady full-time job in 2007 to start my own business, and I set up some plans for myself. I repeat these plans almost every day, and the benefit of doing so is to strengthen my confidence in starting a business and to be more focused on turning my ideas into a real business.
Distinguish between working status and entrepreneurial status
When you want to start a business while you're working, it's important to be very careful not to take the state of work to the startup. In general, full-time work has a regular schedule, which usually means boring and boring. When working full-time, most people want to go home and sit on the couch legs watching TV.
If you want to set up a business, you need to set up a framework at the very beginning to make sure that you can do all the preparation and take advantage of valuable time and effort. Watching TV on the couch is not going to get you out of the nine-to-five job, not to let you have your own business.
If you want to start a business while you're working, try the following tips:
Small entry point
At the start of a business, don't think about solving everything in a short time, and don't set yourself a time schedule because you can't keep up with the schedule. At the beginning of the first week, one day is arranged and you can relax after you finish.
From the second week, after dinner every day, you can rest for one hours. After the break, you're ready to start your own business. Everyone has their favorite TV program, but watching TV doesn't help you start a new career. Next week, you can make a new work plan for yourself.
Family is the most important
After you get home, be sure to accompany your partner, your child, or even your pet. If you come home at 6 o'clock in the afternoon, spend one hours with your family (watching TV with your family is not a company). If you have children, this is a good time to communicate with them before they go to bed.
If you're married and infertile, stay with your spouse and remember not to talk about work. You can go for a walk, exercise or a big dinner together.
To work out all the distractions.
After you've been with your family, you can start working and starting a business (e.g. 8 o'clock in the evening to 11 o'clock). When you work, you need to be in full love. Turn the phone to mute, close the browser, and do not view the email (unless you want to accept work-related mail). Keep in mind that entrepreneurial time can only be used to start a business, excluding all distractions.
Set realistic daily goals, weekly goals, and monthly goals
Now that you've set your own schedule, all you have to do is start working. After constant attempts and adjustments, I found that setting three sets of goals for myself would be a great boost to efficiency. These three sets of goals are daily goals, weekly goals, and monthly targets.
Daily goals can be something easier to accomplish. After you start working every night, you'll need to write down what you want to accomplish tonight. This work takes up to 5-10 minutes, and there is another advantage in writing these goals on paper, which is that every time you finish one, you can cross it off with a pen so that there is no forgetting about a goal. And when you cross off a project, you get some kind of pleasure!
Weekly goals are slightly more complicated things that can't be done in one night. For example:
• Phased design and development of products/services/web pages
• Ask your friends and family to judge your ideas
• PR work, or please more influential people to promote your product
• Start selling products or services and streamline sales processes
• Take a week off to recharge your batteries
For these weekly plans, you should also write them on paper and finish off one.
As for the monthly goal, it's the more complicated work that takes you one months or even three months to complete. You can also use monthly goals to plan your work throughout the year. Also, write them on paper so that you don't forget about a job.
Monthly goals can be as follows:
month the product prototype, develops the Web page, and receives feedback from the first users
Month Numpad publicly sell products or services
month Numpad through the first batch of product sales and full-time staff to save enough money, and then resign!
Month 12– recruit sales staff, customer service contractors, pay marketing and advertising.
At first you might not be used to setting these goals for yourself, but as with everything else, practice a few times. I used to write these goals on the blackboard in my office, which enabled me to concentrate on these goals every day.
It's not easy to start a business while working, but it's not entirely impossible. After these steps, you will not only start working for yourself, but you will also fall in love with the work.
