Microsoft's Windows 10 Technology Preview System Launches By default, a traditional desktop with a new Start Menu provides more convenience for traditional PC-based users with keyboard and mouse. For those more accustomed to using the "start screen" of the user, we can set the same through the set of Windows 10 technology preview directly into the start of the full screen of the magnet.
Right-click on the traditional desktop taskbar, select "Properties"
Switch to the "Start Menu" tab; uncheck "Use Start Menu instead of Start Screen"
Log out of the system and log in again. Starting Windows 10 Technical Preview now goes directly to the start screen.
Currently Microsoft's Windows 10 Technology Preview has not yet been specifically optimized for the touch interface, while other interactive live-tiles and Notification Center features are coming soon for future system updates.
