How to treat your annual plan

I have just entered the state-owned enterprise IT department as programmers always think of a way to lazy, to have to submit code when the haste to fool a bit (I fooled more serious, haha), the document is even more miserable, and colleagues around the same do, I do not think there is anything wrong.

Communicating with them confirms my idea that the reason for procrastination is boredom and not being ordered (programmers have a lot of personality!) I try to work with them to complete the project plan in a "no order" way.

A total of three steps: 1, quantification, traceability. 2, game. 3, visualization, and in this process to maintain communication and review.

I find that this applies equally to the implementation of the annual plan:

I always have one in my annual plan: recite English words, why do you want to recite them? It is very vague that I want to read English materials, so to recite the word, but in fact, there is no such thing

I also want to memorize the words because the people around me are memorizing the words. It's not really what I really want to do, I'm forcing myself.

So this year I changed to "read 50 books a year, and write the book"

I have been particularly strong since last year: you have to experience certain things, books or "three-degree connections" can provide, in 2012 read about 30 books, I decided to strengthen it this year, so developed a "year reading 50 books and write book" plan.
