Huawei sets up research and Development Center in India for $150 million

Sina Science and technology news Beijing time June 15 morning, Huawei announced in Tuesday that it will invest 120 million to 150 million U.S. dollars in Bangalore, India to establish a product research and development Center for the local market design and development of software, and mobile phone equipment testing. Huawei India Marketing Equipment sales Director P.  Sanjeev revealed that Bangalore research and Development Center will be responsible for all the Indian market mobile devices and software design work and e2e (end to end) test.  Sanjeev said the centre would focus on handsets costing more than 100 dollars. However, the production of mobile phone equipment will still be completed in China.
