I. Project BACKGROUND

Recently according to the armed police Forest force "Twelve-Five" information construction planning and the annual Information work arrangement, the forest troops will carry out the cloud computing pilot construction work in the near future. According to the procurement method approved by the Ministry of Finance, the project intends to invite "Lenovo Group", "Huawei Technology Co., Ltd.", "Shenzhou Digital Network Limited", "ZTE Communication Technology Co., Ltd.", four companies to conduct competitive negotiations. As the "Cloud Computing Technology Architecture" used by companies is not the same, the "desktop Cloud" systems offered by companies are tested to verify the performance of systems under different technical architectures.

This test was commissioned by the Forest command of China Electronic Science and Technology Group Electronic Science Research Institute (National Ministry of Finance designated the armed Police Force Information Construction Supervision Unit) to implement. The "Test Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the programme) is drafted by the forest Command Headquarters and the Electronic Science Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group, which is signed by the companies participating in the construction. At the end of the test, the Electronic Science Research Institute of China Electronic Technology group issued the relevant test report, and as a competitive negotiation "system performance" project scoring basis.

1, testing requirements

This test covers three aspects, one is the user's common software and hardware compatibility test, the second is the performance test, including virtual machine start-up time, video playback bandwidth occupancy rate; third, product functional testing and so on.

2. Test environment

This environment is divided into three districts, namely server area, network area, client area. The server area is composed of four servers, each of which is assigned to a manufacturer for testing and each server is logically isolated. The network area is composed of the forest troops and Cisco 3750 switches, which realizes the interconnection between the server and the client. The client area is provided by each manufacturer with 5 clients and is interconnected with the server through Cisco 3750 switches.

3. The actual operating environment of the system

Desktop cloud Deployment is divided into: thin clients, virtual machines, and servers. Thin clients are available to companies. The virtual machine deploys the required software and provides thin client access. The server deploys WIN7 virtual machines, provides management resources, and provides services.
