IBM's acquisition of cloud security Service provider Lighthouse Price unknown "techweb report" August 12, IBM announced that it has acquired cloud Security Service provider Lighthouse (Lighthouse Group, LLC). IBM did not disclose details of acquisitions. Lighthouse Security Group (hereinafter referred to as lighthouse) is headquartered in Lincoln City, Rhode Island, USA, and is an IBM partner Lighthouse Computer Services ( Subsidiary of Lighthouse Computer Services, Inc. Lighthouse's Gateway platform--lighthouse gateway--provides security services for identity and data in complex IT environments. IBM said in a statement that after the acquisition of Lighthouse, Lighthouse Gateway will be integrated with IBM security Services products. Over the past 10 years, IBM has entered multiple acquisitions in the field of security services, increasing the number of engineers engaged in security research to over 6,000, and increasing its global security research labs to 25.
