With the maturity of market conditions, the popularity of China's enterprise-level public cloud market has risen rapidly in recent days. In May, Microsoft just announced that Azure cloud services will soon enter China in Shanghai. Now, however, another international IT giant, IBM, has also announced with its own high-profile strategic cooperation with cloud computing vendors in China. Of course, as a representative of local enterprises, Huawei also launched its own HWS cloud service in the middle of last year. Since then, the main battlefield of China's public cloud has formed a tripartite confrontation.

July 31, IBM announced a high profile and Capital Online Technology Co., Ltd. signed a public cloud long-term strategic cooperation agreement. IBM said that based on the agreement, IBM will work with the Capital Online in a full-scale strategic alliance in the public cloud to jointly build a public cloud platform. Based on IBM's world-class enterprise-class public cloud platform technology and operational experience, the platform introduces the latest technologies such as IBM Pureflex and upgrades and optimizes for the real needs of Chinese companies.

Due to the restrictions of relevant laws and regulations, foreign giants can not directly operate public cloud services in China. Therefore, all IT giants are seeking ways to enter China. A lot of strategic cooperation with local enterprises, funded and set up branch offices in China there, in short, the Chinese market is so tempting, Hepatitis is also reluctant.

From the content of this cooperation, IBM hardware and software products have the opportunity to show their face, great potential. According to IBM, the cooperation will span the entire cloud service life cycle of design, construction and operations, while on specific projects, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS will be included.

With the participation of more and more international giants and the active participation of local leaders, the competitive situation in the public cloud service market in China is becoming elusive. More and more forces are starting their activities. IBM chose the capital online, apparently fancy Beijing's huge business base and the government background of the capital online; the other hand, Microsoft's Azure conference held in Shanghai may also mean that Azure will be based in Shanghai to develop; of course , Shenzhen, a base for Huawei, is definitely the bridgehead for its public cloud business. Well, the country's major business centers are well-known, but how will this war proceed? The three pillars of the situation will last? We will remain concerned.
