International Data Corporation (IDC) today released its statistics for the second quarter of 2012, showing that Android devices are leading both in market share and shipments. Android's market share grew from 46.9% last year to the current 68.1%,ios position, with a share of 16.9%, with BlackBerry still in third and down to 4.8%. Over the last three months, 104.8 million Android devices have been sold globally in total shipments. Ramon llamas that the surge in shipments was mainly due to the fact that multiple vendors also launched a new generation of flagship models, such as HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S3, and of course, the Cream sandwich of the system ice. There are many mainstream models in the Android market that can meet the different budget needs of users. The excellent experience that Google and its hardware partners have brought to users has also made the Android phone far more effective than simple phones. Don't forget that Android equipment shipped only 50 million units in the second quarter of last year.
