IDC: Next year's 15% of it revenue is related to cloud computing

Global IT spending fell by 4% in 2009 from 2008. Strong growth in the quarter could make it spending growth at its first double-digit growth since 2000. Minton said IDC expects global IT spending to grow 4% to 5% in 2011.
