Identify the five basic features of the cloud computing platform

1 Ubiquitous network access. The ability to access a network through a standard application with the help of different clients.

2. Self-service on demand. Consumers can automatically get self-service computing resources, such as server time, networked storage, etc. (Self-Service for resources) without interacting with service providers.

3 Divide the independent resource pool. Depending on the needs of consumers to dynamically divide or release different physical and virtual resources, these pooled vendors compute resources to provide services in a multi-tenant mode. Users often do not control or understand the exact division of these resource pools, but they can be aware of these resource pools in that administrative area or data center. Examples include storage, calculation processing, memory, network bandwidth, and number of virtual machines.

4 Fast elasticity. The ability to provide fast and flexible resources and to release resources quickly and flexibly. For consumers, this capability is unlimited (on demand, on a large scale) and can be purchased at any time in any quantitative manner.

5 The service can be measured. The cloud system automatically controls and optimizes the use of resources by measuring the type of service. (for example, storage, processing, bandwidth, and number of active users). The use of resources can be monitored, controlled and transparently reported to suppliers and users (i.e., paid in-use mode).

Cloud software can be fully leveraging the paradigm advantages of cloud computing to service-oriented, focusing on the capabilities of stateless, loosely coupled, modular, and semantic interpretation.
