Singapore sovereign investment firm Temasek (Temasek Holdings) plans to sell up to $185 million worth of Youku (Nyse:yoku) shares to clean up its investment in Youku IFR, according to Thomson Reuters, a Friday report.

IFR said Temasek would sell 7.7 million cool potato stocks, selling at $23.80 to $24 per share. Temasek has hired Credit Suisse to manage the sale of the shares.

Temasek's 21.3% stake in Youku, a single shareholder with the largest stake, was held by its Sennett Investments division, according to a Tudou filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
