This paper first introduces the concept of electronic health archives and the deficiencies and deficiencies, and introduces the basic situation of cloud computing, as well as the development of the existing electronic health file cloud Platform, and discusses the difference between Ehr-cloud and traditional EHR. Then, the key technologies of the Hadoop platform are introduced: data standards for HDFS, Mapreduce, hbase and electronic health files.

Different from the traditional EHR system, the Hadoop cloud platform designed in this paper can integrate hardware resources to solve the shortcomings of the traditional EHR system, and can solve the problem of EHR storage and reading by using the strong parallel computing ability of the cluster server. The HBase database of Hadoop can build an infinite capacity database, realize the massive individual lifetime EHR data storage and read, and prepare data for subsequent data mining.

At the end of this paper, the experimental environment is set up and configured, and the data of body health monitoring and body motion capture are analyzed and the data preprocessing experiment is done. Storing the processed data in the HBase instance, basically implements the functions of the EHR. The experimental link shows that the Ehr-cloud based on Hadoop can meet the basic data preprocessing and data storage requirements of electronic health files.

The application of cloud computing concepts and technologies in the construction of electronic health files, the integration of electronic health files with the unlimited capacity of cloud computing and the integration of resources can better realize the exchange and sharing of health information, and promote the development of health care information, which has good economic and social significance.
