Implementing cloud security can be a long process

A survey by Arbor NX about infrastructure Security discovery: A variety of cloud computing security threats are becoming increasingly common and complex.

30% per cent of respondents said that over the past year they had felt the high level of persistent threats to their internal networks from various aggressive procedures (APT).

All the organizations involved in the survey reported that they had at least some degree of application-level attack. They also reported a sharp rise in the number of DDoS attacks.

10% of people surveyed by the data center said they suffered at least 100 DDoS attacks a month.

20% of respondents have had mobile phone outages for no reason, and have suffered a history of security incidents in the past year.

And when considering whether to adopt cloud services, 58%IT professionals think Cloud security is their biggest concern, and 60% think that the security procedures and policies they provide are important factors to consider when choosing a cloud service provider, according to the Databarrack Recent data Health Check report.

Similar questions about security also occur in the IT Professional research report of the Avere system. The report found that 60% of companies said Cloud security was one of their biggest concerns when considering cloud computing.

451 Research, Cloudpassage and IDG Enterprise reports also found that IT departments often take cloud security as their main concern.
