Improving medical efficiency through digitalization and paperless

Digital basic Medical Service One Jude announced the latest round of $40 million trillion in financing, the Redmile Group, and the last round of the venture. A year ago, one Jude had 30 million dollars in investments from Google Ventures, Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures and other institutions. The company currently has a total financing amount of 100 million dollars.

Usually we go to the hospital to take some cumbersome medical procedures, fill in a pile of forms, in the reception room for a long time to see the ceiling. One Jude founder Tom X. Lee believes that digitization and paperless can not only enhance the medical experience, but also improve the efficiency of the hospital.

Through one Jude website app, the patient can make an online appointment (currently able to meet appointments on the same day), apply for a prescription, obtain a digital laboratory test result, and view their personal health profile; Doctors can access electronic medical records (a Jude Electronic medical records are designed according to the needs of doctors and patients rather than medical administrators. To enjoy these services, patients are required to pay a capped annual fee of 199 dollars (depending on the level of patient insurance coverage to produce different prices).

Compared to last year, one Jude registered users are up 50% and opened new offices in 7 cities. Currently, the service is mainly concentrated in 27 cities in the United States. In February of this year, one Jude also expanded 40 corporate clients, including Adobe, Fitbit, Quantcast and Uber, and signed an employee health management plan.
