Cloud computing will have more market

Lingzia said that cloud computing in these industries is not just a platform for building infrastructure, but more of a change in business models, including lectures, allocation of medical resources, exchange of health care, etc., is a three-dimensional transformation. Intel also understands the construction of the current Chongqing Offshore Cloud Computing Center, and Intel is working with a number of final solutions and product partners to launch solutions to help Chongqing build and operate cloud computing.

Cloud computing is not a product, Lingzia says, so it requires the cooperation of multiple teams of companies to provide technical support, demand research and product development guidance. The department that Intel is responsible for connecting these is Mr. Lingzia's industry and Solutions division, which will include the needs of the industry, cloud computing requirements, and development, program research, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners at the solution level.

The third aspect is the HTA high Temperature data center technology, which allows existing data centers to be carried out in high temperatures around 27ºc, without major modifications. and dedicated high-temperature-resistant data centers can operate at 40ºc and even higher temperatures. This can reduce data center power consumption by 8% compared with most data centers running in 18-21ºc.

Intel's good cooperation with the government will not change

Lingzia told reporters that how to reduce the cost of the Internet, so that better management of data centers is Intel's goal, and these goals can better promote the digital, cloud computing and the Internet for people to live, work to bring more convenient and efficient services.

Mayor Huang talked about 80% localized spare parts, including high value-added products, and nearly 500 companies have settled in Chongqing, whether Intel will be the chip packaging plant, the wafer factory in Chongqing is also a big vane. However, Ling said that the establishment of the Intel wafer and packaging plant requires corporate decision-making, and that the current cooperation between Intel and Chongqing is mainly technical and programmatic. He stressed that while it is not possible to say whether the plant will be located in Chongqing, the cooperation between Intel and the Chinese government, including research and development, production and other aspects of the strategy will not change.
