Phoenix Science and technology news Beijing time October 10, according to the CIO website, Intel originally planned to launch only based on the latest atom architecture Pentium and Celeron processor chip. Now Intel has changed its plans to launch a new Pentium and Celeron processor chip based on the Haswell architecture. This Pentium and Celeron processor chip is a lite version of the fourth Daicouri processor for ultra-high and high-end laptops. Intel will offer notebook chips at different prices. The Celeron chip is expected to be used for Low-cost Chromebook laptops using Google's Chrome OS operating system. Intel's new chip includes three dual-core Celeron processors and three dual-core Pentium processors. The 14GHz Celeron 2955U chip and 1.6GHz Celeron 2980U chip consume 15 watts and the 2.0GHz Celeron 2950M chip consumes 37 watts. 1.20GHz Pentium 3560Y chip power consumption of 11.5 watts, 1.7GHz Pentium 3556U chip power consumption of 15 watts, 2.3GHz Pentium 3550M chip power consumption is 37 watts. All of these chips have a 2MB cache. However, with the integration of Intel's older, slower graphics processors, these chips have less graphic performance than the core processor.
