Intelligent traffic flow monitoring system based on cloud computing platform for IoT

With the development of urban scale, the traditional method of calculating traffic flow parameters can not satisfy the large amount of video data processing. The advent of cloud computing enables image processing technology to develop better. This paper first introduces cloud technology, and establishes a digital image processing platform based on cloud computing. At the same time, a new method of background prediction and updating based on Kalman filtering theory is proposed, and the data processing technology of cloud model and traffic flow parameter monitoring fusion is proposed, and the traffic flow parameters under this framework are validated experimentally.
