Intel has invested millions of of dollars in visual computing and security. Recently, Intel has been devoting more resources to cloud research. Intel hopes to be able to deal with handheld devices and wearable equipment in the future through this investment.

Greg Granger, professor of electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, explained the goals of these research centers, saying that more data would be stored on the Gregg Granje.
