IP Phone company ShoreTel has raised the acquisition price of cloud computing company M5 to 146 million dollars

IP Phone company ShoreTel recently announced an increase in the purchase price for the Unified communications company M5 NX, which has a total value of $146 million in cash ($ 84 million trillion in cash and 9.5 million shares in ShoreTel).
