I want to say that youth is not wasted. Simply say what our company is doing, we actually did not do any promotion, but finally was found. We often listen to friends say that everyone is now the equivalent of a camera, we often hear friends say I have too many photos, "not the old paper photos, how to manage these photos is a problem, it is too much." The second problem is that there are also a number of new varieties of photos, such as a lot of hot girls in the United States to send you bikini photos, screenshots are new products, new photos will create new requirements. Microsoft's, Google's products make your photos scattered in the cloud storage, China also has Baidu cloud disk or 360 cloud disk. So there are a lot of new species and the photos are scattered all over the place, and we want to solve these three problems. This company was the third project I created, and another partner, Zhuge, is my boss in Microsoft, I am Beihang University 06 graduation, the junior time went to Canada to do one year exchange student, my specialized course is in Canada study, I after graduating to Microsoft to do pm,06 year from Microsoft to venture out, has done three projects, This is the third, very honored to get the IDG investment. I want to talk about three stages of my life--university, employment and entrepreneurship--and talk about some of my experiences. Now in retrospect my college time is also very wasteful, I reported a lot of courses, I graduated from the University of Microsoft when there is a need to retake the make-up, if the past can not get the degree card, so at that time is quite thrilling. At that time university I had two subjects good, one is the specialized course, also has one is English, the specialized course I then had to have 96 points, is the class first, my English is also the whole big classroom is better, therefore I got the opportunity to go to Canada. It is a pity that I did not do something with the students during the undergraduate course, not necessarily said to create a company together, but like now there are all kinds of entrepreneurial competition, I think we should organize a team to do something. We had very good students then went to Facebook, Baidu,Google, we are in small class. There is I because went to Canada, a senior came back to repair the military training, so I did not and the same grade together military training, lost the opportunity to know the same grade students, this is my biggest regret. The best thing in the period is that I have written a lot of code, there is no reading research. Beihang University is to encourage students to go to further education, but I and my classmates around the experience is often explained, do not read the research is better, can learn a lot of good things, I will speak later I judged the standard is what. Next to say employment, how many people are now need to find a job? Looking for a job everyone will encounter a variety of options, some people will look at the account. I talked to the school counselor, they said that many students in the college entrance examination when parents want to choose the reason for the university, because it is the possibility to solve the hukou is relatively large. So hukou is an important factor, and then there is compensation, there is the halo of enterprises, such as you go to a well-known enterprises and go to a small business is certainly different. But I want to say, what is the criteria you choose? You should see which business can make you work with the best people. A foreigner said, "You are made up of people around you, so always choose the opportunity to work with the best people in the industry." "It has always been the only criterion for me to choose employment and start a business." At that time when the employment was actually very clever, parents have been hoping that I can go abroad to study, so they save money, have this expectation. I went to Canada to know what kind of person I am, said I should come out to work, the family naturally blew a storm, they think you can not find a job, so you go to it, after the failure will certainly choose to read. I went to three companies, one of which is Jinshan, Jinshan written test I was the first. Later, Microsoft sent an e-mail to the teacher Zhang, asked him if he had any students want to interview, my resume was cast, I did not know. Microsoft will ask you if you would like to be a development engineer or PM, I do not know what the development engineers do and PM do, they asked a person to answer me this question, then I chose to do pm, is the product manager. In 06, I graduated from the University of Microsoft, about 21 years old, I was about to join the start-up company at the end of 07, I have all verbally agreed, and finally I did not go, because Microsoft then let me in charge of the Chinese market things. This is what I want to say, you have to think about what you want to do, if Microsoft is a training base, then gave the Chinese market relevant opportunities, I did not go to the start-up company, stay at Microsoft. I would like to say that it is important that the entrepreneurial process we will face a variety of people, just now I said that the hukou is very important, but my personal advice is not to choose a bad job for the account. I share a story, a few months ago I met a graduate of Tsinghua University students, the first job he chose the state-owned enterprises, not in Beijing, but can very magically solve his northBeijing account, so he went. After two or three years he wanted to go back to the internet industry because he was a computer student, and it was only then that his classmates had gone too far ahead of him in the pay and industry horizons. When we talked to him, he said his biggest sensation of the past few years was that his first job was too important, "not just the gap between those years and other peers, but also the impact on your future, so this is my first recommendation-don't give up more for your hukou." The second suggestion is not to be afraid of failure. I have seen some people, they are looking for a job sitting in the house to say that the company is not good, I do not go to face ", the company has not been to the world's top 500, I do not go", in fact, they are just afraid of failure. My advice is always to get the interview notice you go to face, your first interview is often the result is not good. I entered Microsoft from 06 and came out in 09, and I felt that during the period I got the most valuable things, one is structured thinking, there is a high-quality way to do things, and another is a friend, because you are the most excellent people work together, so there are better values, there are relatively high standards, Also got entrepreneurial partners. In addition, my deep feeling is, why do you want to start a business? Ma Yun very early said this sentence, but until I started to really understand what it means, Ma Yun said: Life is the most important to understand three questions, the first question is what I have, the second question is what I want, the third question is what I give up. "If you want a lot more than you have, it means you have to give up more to make that one." So I think the real decision to do something is to be able to always have a thing to drive him, the most important of these three questions is actually what I want. I remember reading a book before, and the author interviewed many Chinese people who were the most academic, and concluded that all the driving forces of these people were internal. Like high school when a person is forced to learn, because there is the college entrance examination, to the university found no external pressure, you can play for four years of online games, and then to find work when there is anxiety, because there is survival pressure, to find a job after just like Fengxin said, and become a life instead of tossing days, This person is always driven by external forces, such as money. So when you earn an billion, and you find that money is no longer so attractive, what will push you? So the most important thing is that everyone should think about what they want in life, think clearly to understand why I want to give up the weekend, why to give up the evening with the family time and go to work. Back to the question, why do you want to start a business? Just now Fengxin said some people are for fame, there is another kind of person is to create. For me, it is to create, I want to see new scenery, I want to see what I have not seen before. Feng always said a lot of let me are very touched, those feelings is not the rhetoric, is such a real experience people will be able to speak out. As we have not seen those, there is no way to say these things. RightIn my view, entrepreneurship is to see more scenery, see more things, only to go to a higher altitude to see better scenery. As this sentence says, whether you are in a start-up company or what kind of company, do not choose a you can look at the end of the road of life. Back to the beginning I want to say the theme, is no youth will be wasted, "in fact, this sentence is not complete, should be no effort of youth will be wasted, no toss of youth will be wasted." First, everyone is very smart to enter the Beihang, suddenly you have to think clearly what kind of demand, must have the ambition to continue to progress, it is possible to ensure that your youth is not wasted. Question: In China's internet entrepreneurship can not escape three mountains, is bat, your entrepreneurial ideas, entrepreneurial projects, if bat also do, the Giants do, in the face of these competitions, you are working with them or what? During the day: I don't think a company is entirely alive with ideas, especially in China. You have a new idea that will be copied within a day, so you will fail. In China, there is a need to keep a heart, that is, under the BAT radar scan line to fly for several months, you have matured and built up some barriers, and you will inevitably be promoted, you will be noticed, and bat will be watching you, and you can make choices such as you can be bought, or bat may pay to buy you. The idea is definitely not a barrier, if you can build up a barrier, the giant 3-6 months after the formation of a team can not exceed your effect, then it will consider you.
