As of the fiscal quarter of September 2015, Falcom is expected to sell two games, one that has been publicly but undecided, "Tokyo fans", and the other is the PS4/PSV game "ESU", which was released before TGS last year.
In addition, Falcom clearly will focus on PS4 and PSV platforms since 2015. So "Tokyo fan City" is very likely to be on these two platforms or one of the debut. (It is rumored that the reporting platform has been set as PSV, and that it should only be inferred, and that the report does not specify the corresponding platform specifically).
