According to foreign media reports, a company in Tokyo, Japan, recently developed a Kokoro Scanner (inner scanners) of the head-belt-type lie detector, the appearance of a bit like headphones, can detect the pulse frequency of people, once the subjects lie, will light up the red warning. The device can be worn on the forehead and the scanner will first observe the pulse to establish a baseline and compare it with the heartbeat changes to determine if the person wearing the device is telling the truth.
