JTCL is a Java implementation guarantee for TCL (Tool command Language) programming language, which supports TCL 8.4 syntax and commands. Tcl programming language to a large extent implemented TCL 8.4 syntax and commands, the API is limited to the implementation of Java virtual machines. It is a JACL interpreter based on the Tcljava project.
