Apple iOS accounts for 65% of the mobile browser market this June, including devices such as the iphone, ipad and ipod touch, which have a market share of 62.65% in iOS this May, compared with only 53% in August last year, according to Net creator's latest data. This shows that the iOS system in the mobile browser market position is gradually improving. The smallest competitor to Apple is Google's Android platform, which has a market share of 19.73% this June. Last August, Android's market share was 15.98%, and its growth rate was not negligible. The consequence of the rapid increase in market share for iOS and Android is the decline in RIM's share of BlackBerry and Nokia's Symbian systems. The BlackBerry fell from 3.33% last August to 1.87% this June, and Nokia Symbian dropped to 1.49% in June from last August 6.21%. Net Creator's latest desktop browser data shows that the market share of Windows operating systems is still 92.2%, with Apple OS X 6.7%. The Linux system has a share of 1.1%.
