According to the investigation by the Urawa East Police Department, Sheng with a Chinese male (32 years old), from February 11 to July 2 this year, in a room in an apartment in Qiyu County Glow City, housed 14 servers that had not been registered with the Japanese telecommunications department, opened a gaming website and illegally obtained fees from overseas visitors.
The police, who are involved in the investigation, say that many of the online gaming providers in Japan are now trying to avoid malicious visitors from overseas. Generally, there are restrictions set for overseas. But Sheng and his associates have put the server in Japan, making connections abroad possible. According to the Japanese Network police surveillance statistics, a total of 253 people paid to use the game website, Sheng and its associates received a total of about 1.1 million yen remuneration.
In late January this year, a Japanese university student living in the Green Zone of Qiyu City went to the Urawa East Police Department to report that his "virtual account of the online game fairy tales" was stolen, which made the Sheng and other illegal placement servers open the site.
